Using the Gottman method of couples counseling, I work with couples in formal and informal, committed relationships of all ages and orientations. I use individual methods as well as the Gottman Level II exercises to help couples reconnect and revitalize their relationships as well as make thoughtful choices about their relationships. In addition to the Gottman Method approach, I bring both personal and professional experience in how mental illness, substance abuse, professional demands and life affect relationships.
The Gottman Method recommends a minimum of 4 sessions, which include a proprietary Relationship Check-up to identify strengths and areas of focus in achieving the couple’s goals.
